Korea Medical Travel Center Co., Ltd. ("KMTC") is a foreign patient attraction business registered in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains how we handle the information you submit on koreamedcenter.com.
What we collect
Your answers to the treatment questionnaire (areas of interest, concerns, travel timing, budget), your name, country of residence, gender, age range, contact channel and ID/number, email (optional), an optional note, and technical data such as the referral code or advertising campaign that brought you to the site.
Why we use it
- To contact you with a treatment plan, clinic options and quotes.
- To arrange consultations, bookings, interpretation and travel support if you choose to proceed.
- To understand which countries and services our visitors are interested in (aggregated statistics).
Sharing
We share your information with partner medical institutions only when needed to prepare your consultation or treatment, and with service providers that host our systems (Google Firebase). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep your information for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law, and delete it earlier if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time: admin@koreamedcenter.com.
